After an abysmal showing of trying to touch my toes while Ken, Toni, and Patrick (my roommate) showed me how it’s done I have decided to see what I can do in becoming more flexible. If my dream of riding a road bike one day will ever come true I need to be able to bend. It was then that life threw me an easy one.

This two part series illustrates a number of stretches that work the muscles and joints specific to cycling. If Lance Armstrong can do it so can I.
