About

The Albany Bicycle Coalition (ABC) is a coalition of individuals interested in promoting bicycling in the Capital Region.

Our goal is to have bicycling recognized as a viable means of both transportation and recreation. Bicycling enhances the quality of life in our community and makes cities more attractive and vibrant places to live and work. Improvements for bicyclists we advocate for include share the road signs, bike lanes, improved road pavement and grates, traffic calming, driver education, bike parking, and bike stations.
